Maybe I'm just being overly dramatic, but sometimes I honestly feel that my title as a non-commisioned officer is synonymous with the term "scapegoat." Seems that no matter which way I turn, I'm getting bitched out for shit that subordinates not even under my charge is doing, while their mentors are completely off the hook. Then when I turn around and try to do some nifty shit for myself, be it training, education, or what-have-you, I'm pretty much getting the finger every time. I know any and all Marines who see this is probably gonna look at me and go, "Wow this guy's just a whiney bitch and should suck it the fuck up."

Well...whatever. I'm a whiney bitch then. Months of continued silence is just ridiculous. Not like there's anything I can do about it anyway. It's not that I hate the institution I work for, it's just that sometimes my so-called leadership just makes me want to punt children, and gouge the eyes out of small animals. Oh well. It happens I guess. Ain't the first and certainly ain't the last. Semper Fi.
